NOTICE FOR VENDOR LISTING

Youth Alliance for Environment (YAE) is a non-profit and non-governmental independent organization working in the environmental sector for the conservation and management of environmental resources. Youth Alliance for Environment (YAE) invites applications to enlist suppliers of goods and services for the organization for FY 2083/84 under scopes as mentioned in the table below. Interested firms/companies are requested to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) no later than 10^th August 2026 before 5 pm via the online platform.

1. Desktop Computer, Laptop, Computer-Server Backup/ SAN Storage & Data Center Equipment, Network Server Security Control System, Computer accessories, and other Computer Items

• Organization reserves all the right for listing/non listing/delisting of firms/companies.
• Quotations & Sealed tender will be called from listed firms/companies as per need and requirement of the organization.
• Firms/Companies/Consultants can be delisted without any prior notice whatsoever if the supplied goods and services do not meet the standard requirement of the organization.
• YAE can enter into yearly contracts with the firms/companies to supply goods and services.
