Promoting Local Livelihoods through Traditional Skills

We are delighted to share the successful completion of our Bamboo Crafting Training at the beautiful village of Taal, Manang, under the SAINO Project. This hands-on training empowered local communities—especially women and youth—by reviving traditional bamboo crafting skills while introducing innovative techniques to promote green and sustainable livelihoods. YAE conducted the training in close collaboration with the local community, ensuring ownership and active participation at the grassroots level.

Through this initiative, we aimed to:
