The Ministry of Forests and Environment and Youth Alliance for Environment- YAE, in collaboration with Save the Children in Nepal, successfully organized the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) 3.0 Implementation Plan Formulation Workshop on June 27–28, 2025. The two-day workshop brought together representatives from government agencies, civil society, development partners, youth networks, and technical experts to collectively contribute to shaping the roadmap for implementing Nepal’s climate commitments under NDC 3.0.
This workshop served as a critical platform for Building consensus on the Terms of Reference (ToR) to guide institutional roles and responsibilities, Finalizing the Workplan to define timelines, milestones, and actions across sectors, and Reviewing and aligning the Worksheet/Template that will be used to document, monitor, and track progress on the NDC 3.0 implementation.
By fostering inclusive dialogue and ensuring clarity in planning tools, the workshop aimed to promote ownership and synergy among all key stakeholders involved in Nepal’s climate action agenda.
