14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of YAE

Youth Alliance for Environment (YAE) successfully held its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 31 August 2026 (14 Bhadra 2083) at its office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, under the chairpersonship of Acting Chairperson Dr. Mohan Bahadur Chand. The AGM reviewed and unanimously endorsed the FY 2082/83 annual progress and audit reports, revised organizational policies, the FY 2083/84 annual budget of NPR 5 crore, and the appointment of K.B.P.S. & Associates as external auditor. The meeting also elected a new Executive Committee and approved amendments to the organization’s banking provisions and the organization’s name and logo, marking an important step toward strengthening YAE’s governance and institutional development.
