Event Description
YAE has developed the Monitoring and Evaluation guideline/framework to enhance the effective monitoring mechanism within an organization and established a more systematic M&E system, which fulfils the requirement of different donors/projects like SIDA SCO strengthening project, ICI/GEF/IUCN projects for Biodiversity Conservation and so on. This M&E guideline/framework is prepared under the SIDA CSO strengthening program. In the SIDA project, YAE has to maintain the required documents/information for the SCI, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system, which includes; tracking progress, adjusting, discovering unexpected program effects, evaluating the impact we have had on the lives of those we work and so on.
Organizational Strategy to provide a framework for decision-making based on organizational capacities, problems and resources. An understanding of these areas will support organizations to analyze strengths and weaknesses and how to capitalize on opportunities and respond to threats. The organizational strategy will be ensuring that all organization members are working towards the common goal and understand the organization's priorities by having a shared approach.
