Apart from local level workshop, a national level final roll out was carried out at Kathmandu. the workshops were carried out during March to May 2017.

Around more 500 participants representing Member of Legislature Parliament, Government organizations, district level Bureaucrats, civil society organization, federations, forums and associations, and academia had actively participated in the workshop and intense group exercise. The number of participants in the workshops ranged from 40 in Dharan to 85 in Kathmandu.

Health Sanitation and Nutrition, iii. Infrastructures and Economic Development, and iv. Justice, Equality and Education based on their contributions made to one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals. On the provided checklist, the participants/ stakeholders were asked to indicate on which Goals and targets they have been working and who could be the possible stakeholders to implement the goals and targets in every thematic group. The workshop identified the stakeholders, sensitized them and developed governance framework for SDG implementation in Nepal.
